At MARMATI, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MARMATI account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unworn and unwashed condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
